Ugly ribbon. Big icons, needless bottom labels… Wasting space. Hope the ribbon is a drop-down’ mouse-over. Is that what that little up-arrow is for (on the right next to the question mark)? What’s with the Library Tools’ highlighted button? If I can’t hide the ribbon’, I’ll go for a retro or classic view or third-party hack.
