All Things Pankish

[ / March 12th, 2009 / Young Bright Things ]

The PANK staff is at the CCCC conference in San Francisco. It has been a very busy spring, however, when we get back, our first order of business is slaying the dragon that is our submissions queue so if you’re waiting to hear from us, hang tight. We have not forgotten you.

In other news, I just acquired a Kindle because I had to know if it was at all good and in my opinion, its awesome. I’ll never not love or read actual books but in terms of travelling, it has been exceedingly convenient to have several books on one device that I did not have to carry. I read two books on the flight to SF. I share this backstory to announce that coming soon, PANK on Kindle, so if you’re a Kindle user and you love PANK, you can get your fix of our print issues on this nifty device.

While we normally pimp our own writing, today I’m going to share a story I read elsewhere that I enjoyed at Conjunctions online, Matt Bell’s An Index of How Our Family Was Killed.
